Set the system date to any day in December and

Expert mode:
Type engage at the title screen. Note:

Easy mode:
Hold [Scroll Lock] and type engage
at the title screen. Note: This may only be enabled in v2.0 and greater.
Bonus difficulty levels:
Press G (case-sensitive) during game play
to set the difficulty level to "Impossible". Press } while in the
"Impossible" level to increase the difficulty to "Suicide"
Switch to story mode:
Press 2 during game play in arcade mode.
